Chef Rob Green and team will be in their food truck at the Shores Centre car park, giving lobster cookery demonstrations and tastings

Rob is a professional chef consultant with over 30 years in the business and a particular passion and expertise in seafood. He has lived in Whitby for 28 years, so knows the area and its produce well.

His extensive experience includes being the owner of multi-award winning restaurant Green’s of Whitby for 15 years and in that time winning the coveted Seafood Chef of the Year award. Rob has also has made numerous TV and radio appearances, including
